Guarantees
The number of persons attending the event as stated on the contract
shall constitute the paid guarantee. The final number of the paid
guarantee is to be established no later than three business days
prior to the event. After such a time, the paid guarantee will not
be revised lower than previously stated.
Fixed Charges
All food and beverage orders are subject to a 5% Mass. State Meals
Tax and and 18% service charge. Bartender Fees and Room Rental Fee
are non-taxable.
Deposits
All events will require and advance deposit in order to secure the
date.
Cancellation
The reserved event deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to
the event.
Cancellation Fees will be assessed as follows:

days
25% of the total estimated quote
30-0 days
50% of the total estimated quote

Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
Liquor Policy
Ryles Jazz Club holds a license granted by the City of Cambridge
Liquor Commission and is responsible for complying with its regulations.
Neither patrons nor any patron’s guest shall be allowed to
bring alcoholic beverages into the club. No person under the age
of 21 will be allowed to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.
Liability
The club will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss
of any merchandise or articles left in the club before, during or
after the function.
Decorations
The club will not permit the affixing of any decorations to the
walls, floors or ceiling unless prior approval is given by the club.
All decorations must meet Cambridge Fire Department codes. No candles
with open flames may be used. |
