Jazz Box Office Purchase Policy
We, at Jazz Box Office, want to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible. If order to achieve our goal of making sure your transaction is completed easily and efficiently, we have devised certain purchasing policies. Our efforts are designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding the policies below, please contact customerservice@jazzboxoffice.com. Payment Methods
Jazz Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.

Service Fee
Tickets purchased on Jazz Box Office are subject to a flat, per ticket service fee, dependant on ticket value.


Cancelled Events
At times, scheduled events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, band, venue, due to weather or other unforeseen situations. If an event is cancelled, we will issue a full refund, including the service fee, back to your credit card company. If you have any questions regarding refunds due to a cancelled event, contact us at customerservice@jazzboxoffice.com.

Delivery of Tickets and Will-Call list
Once a billing address has been confirmed, your order will be processed. If there are any problems with the billing address or any other information that delays the process, we will make an attempt to contact you to help us verify any required information. If we are unable to contact you, we may cancel your order and place your ticket/s back into our available inventory.


“Print At Home” – You have the option to immediately print a ticket voucher which will act as your ticket to the purchased event. After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an email with an option to print your tickets. The PDF files will need to be opened then printed. This ticket will have a Ticket ID and/or Scanning Barcode which will allow admittance to the event. Only one copy of each ticket voucher printed will be allowed admittance. NOTE - Copying or attempting to copy more than one of each file/ticket voucher will void the ticket voucher. It is at the venue’s discretion whether to honor the ticket vouchers if it has been determined that a fraudulent act has taken place.


Will-Call List – If tickets are purchased within 7 days of an event, your tickets will be placed along with your name on a Will-Call List. On the night of the event, you will gain admittance by going to the venue box office or point of entry and presenting a Photo ID along with your Confirmation ID Number. If you have others in your party arriving separately from you, the purchaser of the tickets, they will need your name and Confirmation ID Number to gain admittance, if not in your present company.

COMING SOON - Jazz Box Office will soon be offering you the option of having your tickets mailed to you either via USPS Standard Mail or 2nd Day Air.


Ticket Limit Per Customer
Jazz Box Office may limit the number of tickets allowed to be purchased to any one event. This is to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.
